Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily shifts operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient management of restaurant staff, inventory, and food safety standards.
Duties
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff as needed, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate new and existing staff
- Handle cash-outs, POS reports, and basic admin duties
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve during busy service
- Smart Serve or equivalent certification preferred
- Availability on weekends and holidays
