- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Actively Recruit and train staff as per the Brand Guideline’s
- Train,Supervise and work with crew members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Maintain a good level of customer service and ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
- Resolves customer complaints as needed.
- Turns on fryers and grills. Prepares and manages crew for preparation of food orders.
- Manages and prepares schedules for preps for the week.
- Receives and stores incoming shipments of food. Rotates stock in freezer/cooler.Manages Inventory.
- Manages crew with daily and deep cleaning kitchen equipment schedule and dining room.
- Opens & Close restaurant based on a schedule with walkover and closing checklist
- Sets up & operates cash drawers, manages petty cash ,reconciles cash ,prepares weekly profit & loss & organize paperwork (invoices,employee files etc).
- Develop & follow budget to ensure correct cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Manager will be proactive in helping build a positive and motivating environment for all employees that is committed to delivering superior customer service.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
