Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation.
- Address customer requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior serving experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Personality: Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Ability: Stand for long periods and carry trays (up to 15-20 lbs).
Nice to Have:
