Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
