Mezza Lebanese Kitchen in Mount Pearl is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven restaurant leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and support to our young and energetic team
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee ordering and inventory management
- Maintain a high standard of service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Ensure all team members follow operational procedures and health & safety standards
- Lead by example and foster a positive and productive work culture
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $18–$19, based on experience
- Additional tips: $3–$5/hour
- Approx. 40 hours per week
