Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on team management, customer service, and operational excellence. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage and train staff in areas such as food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while supervising kitchen staff.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that align with customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Solid understanding of health regulations related to food handling and safety.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week
