As a busy and successful restaurant, we are looking for a driven, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help us raise the bar even higher.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. You’ll inspire and lead a passionate team, deliver consistently excellent guest experiences, and ensure our brand standards are not only met but exceeded. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong operational expertise, a people-first mindset, and a genuine love for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Oversee daily operations including reservations, large parties, floor management, service flow, and guest relations.
- Partner with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication and uphold brand food standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control COGs and minimize waste.
- Monitor scheduling, labour costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, health & safety standards, and workplace culture.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members and team leaders for growth and long-term success within the company.
- Drive sales and foster repeat business through exceptional service and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of proven management experience in a full-service restaurant (multi-unit or premium casual a plus).
- Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and build team culture.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- A guest-first mindset and natural ability to create memorable experiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, fluent in all front-of-house positions, and comfortable with both front-of-house presence and back-office tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
