Duties

- Oversee food preparation and handling procedures to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen areas.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in bartending and food preparation is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Proficient in food handling techniques to ensure quality and safety.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles is essential.
- Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration and motivation among staff members.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including equipment maintenance and sanitation practices.
