We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for various Restaurant Leadership Roles within our establishment. As a leader in our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will guide our team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor staff, providing training in customer service, food handling, and POS systems.
- Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing costs.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is preferred.
- Experience in bartending or beverage management is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
