What You’ll Do as a Red Robin General Manager

At Red Robin, General Managers are leaders, visionaries, and brand ambassadors. You’ll drive results, inspire teams, and make an impact every single day.

Your mission? Lead and elevate all aspects of the restaurant, including:
Building & Mentoring a High-Performing Team – Hire, train, and develop 75-100 team members, ensuring a fun, high-energy culture.
Owning Guest Experience & Hospitality – Create unforgettable moments that keep guests coming back.
Maximizing Profitability – Manage sales, forecasting, labor efficiency, food costs, and inventory to drive bottom-line results.
Championing Operations & Food Quality – Ensure every dish is Red Robin gold standard and uphold top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.
Marketing & Community Engagement – Boost sales through local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and restaurant promotions.
Leading with Passion & Accountability – Set high expectations, coach your team, and drive operational excellence.
