Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team at Chai Mehfil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality chai and food items, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve chai, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a positive experience for guests.
- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including workstations and dining areas.
- Follow food safety and health regulations to ensure quality standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service.
