The Role As a Residential Sales Development Representative, you’ll engage directly with homeowners to introduce the benefits of solar energy. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assessing homes for solar potential
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Scheduling in-home or virtual consultations
- Promoting solar in the community
- Building relationships and maintaining follow-ups
- Representing Polaron with professionalism and enthusiasm
Who You Are You’re a driven, goal-oriented communicator who’s confident, energetic, and passionate about sustainability. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
