Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services, ensuring that homes are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as requested by clients.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order, reporting any needs for replenishment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
