Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON.

As our next Residential Estimator, you’ll work with a top-tier team to plan, execute, and deliver top-quality residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in preparing quotations for all Residential projects. This includes but is not limited to: flagstone, paving stones, water features, and planting horticulture.
- Work directly with our residential department, the President, and collaborate with other Estimators, Superintendents, and more.
- Keep things moving—manage timelines, coordinate trades, and stay on top of budgets.
- Set up new projects and make sure every kick-off meeting starts strong.
- Visit job sites regularly to ensure quality work and happy clients.
- Be the go-to contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Identify issues early and act fast to keep things on track.
- Track project progress and costs to ensure we finish on time and on budget.
You Bring:
- A diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or similar.
- 5+ years of landscape construction experience (mandatory).
- Confidence in reading blueprints, understanding elevations, and navigating construction documents.
- Excellent communication skills—you keep everyone in the loop, from crews to clients.
- Tech-savvy skills with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and more.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean abstract.
