We are currently hiring a Part-Time Research Assistant & Data Entry Clerk to support our growing real estate appraisal business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and compile property data
- Assist with data entry into appraisal reports and templates
- Organize and manage real estate documents and files
- Perform administrative tasks to support the appraisal team
- Verify zoning, land use, and comparable sales information
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Background or interest in real estate, urban planning, or related fields is an asset
Hours: Flexible, 10–20 hours/week based on workload
