Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing windows and doors in residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Perform caulking, sealing, and insulation tasks to ensure energy efficiency.
- Conduct final inspections of installed products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in renovation window and door installation including notching siding/stucco and installing new exterior wood trims.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks associated with installation work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
