Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across key markets in Canada. This role combines strategic territory management with hands-on lead generation, relationship building, and regional business development. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan
- Lead proactive lead generation efforts, including prospect outreach, cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry databases
- Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, First Nations, developers, general contractors, and institutional clients
- Convert inbound leads into opportunities through effective follow-up and qualification
- Coordinate with internal estimating, design, and marketing teams to support proposal development and client presentations
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and provide regular sales reporting to leadership
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in construction, modular buildings, or industrial/commercial services
- Proven ability to generate leads and grow new business in a regional or B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of municipal procurement and development processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Self-starter with the ability to manage territory independently
