Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Regional Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple program within the Central Island. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day function of the region while managing staff assignments, providing direction, problem solving to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met.
This includes staff scheduling, coordination and delivery of daily supports, activities to clients and continuity of support specific to each of the clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to direct support staff across multiple locations.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that align with individual goals, company values, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage regions, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
- Foster strong partnerships with families, guardians, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and accreditation requirements.
- Support recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
- Respond effectively to incidents and performance challenges within the region.
- Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion across all programs and interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the disability services, behavioral health, or related sector.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site programs and diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of services and supports for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, TBI, and mental health needs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in documentation, compliance, and service planning.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; regional travel required.
