McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association is searching for a records Technician to lead a project that enables the organization to manage its physical files.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Director of HR and Operations, the role of the Records Technician will be to manually review, prepare and log physical files in preparation for transfer and processing. This position will also be responsible for supporting the development, refinement and documentation of record retention schedules for the organization.
What you bring:
· A records technician diploma or a related discipline and a minimum of one-year related experience. Equivalencies may be considered.
· Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. You are naturally drawn to supporting others and improving processes and are able to work with confidential information.
· Skill in Microsoft Office suite.
· Physically fit, with the ability to regularly lift and handle up to 20 pounds, must be able to bend, reach, climb stairs and ladders, stand, sit and perform repetitive motions.

The Salary for this position is $37.49 hourly, commensurate with education/experience.
