Candidate must have excellent phone and customer service skills. Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask and work efficiently. Previous optical or healthcare experience an asset, but not required. Duties include but not limited to: Greeting patients in a professional & friendly manner. Data entry of patient information. Pre testing of patients (will provide training) Scheduling and confirming appointments. Billing and processing insurance. Front desk/clerical duties which include filing, scanning, and faxing. Recalling patients to book exams, balancing payments and closing the day. Monday - Thursday = 30 hours per week. Might be an occasional Friday. Position to begin mid September.
