SK GLOVES INC. is a Canadian manufacturer specializing in high-performance safety gloves for industrial use. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Assistant & Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a key front-line role combining customer service, administrative support, and sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, answer incoming calls, and manage front desk activities.
- Send email marketing campaigns and promotional materials to existing and potential clients.
- Make cold calls to wholesale and retail prospects in industrial safety sectors.
- Maintain and update customer records and mailing lists.
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year of experience in an office assistant or receptionist role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing and confident making cold calls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an asset.
- Highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- On-site position at our head office in Cambridge
- Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
