SKN Beauty Centre is an established medical aesthetics clinic located in the GTA. We are a fast-growing organization which is constantly evolving and expanding our operations. Duties include:
- Professionally answering telephone, communicating with clients via text and email with proper etiquette.
- Providing clients with efficient, courteous service.
- Coordinating clinic calendars; Book client appointments.
- Setting up new customer accounts, regularly update entry, maintaining accurate records into the customer database and system.
- Efficiently and accurately handle financial transactions with integrity
- Ordering supplies, manage inventory and supplies
- Organize client files electronically and physically
- Maintaining the clinic clean & organized.
- Other tasks may apply
As the ideal candidate you have:
- Have a minimum of 2-year work experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
- High School diploma (required), a College diploma is preferred.
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks, quickly, and effectively.
- Is proficient with computers and working with MS Office, excel/Google sheets and email applications.
- Enjoy and know what it takes to provide excellent customer experience.
- Is able to work independently and as part of a team and have a strong work ethic.
- Have a positive attitude and is a fast learner
- Fluent written and verbal English skills.
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft office: 2 years (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
