We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers is essential.
