Corpay is currently looking to hire a Reception and Office Coordinator within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. You will report directly to the CFO with a joint reporting line into HR and regularly collaborate with the Office Management and IT Service departments. In this role, you will serve as the face of the workplace, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting guest services, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

As a Reception and Office Coordinator, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Managing visitor check-in procedures, maintaining security protocols, and issuing visitor badges
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area
- Serving as the primary contact for general office questions from team members
- Monitoring office supply inventory and placing timely orders
- Coordinating distribution and tracking of employee access cards and office supplies
- Supporting onboarding of new employees, including badge access, desk booking app access, and office tours
- Ensuring shared spaces (kitchen, meeting rooms, etc.) are stocked and well-maintained
- Assisting with office events, team lunches, and company events
- Providing general administrative support to Senior Executives as needed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordinator role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- High level of professionalism and customer-service mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Experience working with Senior Executives and maintaining confidentiality
