Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking dedicated professionals with the following qualifications:
- A doctoral degree in professional psychology (e.g., Clinical, Counselling, School, or Neuropsychology) from a CPA or APA-accredited program, or the equivalent registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and professional ethics.
- A willingness to learn and grow in your practice.
- Experience working with adults is required; experience with couples, families, or adolescents is a significant asset.
- Expertise in psycho-educational, ADHD, and autism assessments, as well as Independent Medical Examinations (IME) for disability and Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, or mindfulness.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
