Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations and lease administration
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with contractors and service providers
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
- Oversee rent collection and enforce lease agreements
- Assist with marketing and showing rental properties
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous property management experience is an asset, but not required — training will be provided
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Skills
- Proficiency in Buildium or similar property management software is preferred.
- Strong office experience with administrative capabilities to support daily operations.
- Sales experience to effectively market properties and negotiate leases.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with tenants.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for leases and contracts.
- Ability to remain highly organized, follow and develop checklists and Standard Operating Procedures.
