Overview:
Trillium Health Partners (THP) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Trillium HealthWorks Clinical Team within Capital Planning and Redevelopment to support THP’s mission to build a new kind of health care for a healthier community. This role will provide project management expertise, controls and integration to organizational infrastructure projects. More information on THP’s HealthWorks projects can be found:

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Clinical Trillium HealthWorks, the Project Manager will work closely with subject matter expertise to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role will use knowledge and understanding of the business environment to work collaboratively with all members of the team and executive leadership to plan, implement and monitor progress. This role will take a key role in identifying opportunities, risks or issues, while developing solutions and controls to ensure project success.
