Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and trades
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and insurance requirements
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and internal crews
- Document all project activities and maintain accurate job files
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
Requirements
- Previous experience in restoration project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and restoration procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management software and estimating tools (e.g., Xactimate, Encircle, Docusketch an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
