About the Opportunity


We’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for leading technology-driven projects from concept through to completion. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of client-facing software and IT implementations, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including technical experts, clients, and internal stakeholders.

As the first dedicated Project Manager in this space, you’ll help shape and refine our project management approach—bringing structure, visibility, and efficiency to our client projects. This role can be based out of Langley, Kamloops, Prince George, Kelowna, Terrace or Edmonton.


Key Accountabilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and software projects, from kickoff through delivery and post-launch support.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budget forecasts, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams
  • Track progress and deliverables using project management tools

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership & Communication

  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure team members understand project goals, roles, and deadlines.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
  • Proactively mitigate project issues and escalate where needed.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure product functionality and stability

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or software project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering client-facing technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
