ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Project Manager to join our EPMO team. This mid-level role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects that support ECCO’s strategic priorities—ranging from systems implementation and process improvement to operational transformation. You’ll partner with business leaders and technical teams to plan, deliver, and embed sustainable change. This role requires a high level of discipline, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and exemplary communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Prioritize projects and align them to ECCO’s short and long-term goals
- Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and impacted teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track progress and performance using standardized tools and templates.
- Support post-project reviews and benefits realization activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
