Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of lawn care/ Landscaping and roofing projects
Duties:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are on schedule
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and update stakeholders
- Assist in preparing project estimates and budgets
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes from vendors and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Pick up and Drop off Material and Equipment
- Lead and Train team As needed
- Ensure all Projects are completed as per Schedule
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Previous Landscaping Experience
- Ability to get to and from sites

Pay: $40,413.77-$76,851.43 per year
