Position Overview:
The Project Analyst fills a key position as an administrator, trainer and facilitator within the CLS Catering Services team. Primary responsibility includes the deployment of Lean methodologies into the organization, with the implementation of LSG Production System (LPS) standards to foster and cultivate a continuous improvement culture. The job incumbent ensures control, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational standards according to corporate policies and customer requirements. The individual will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the company’s budgets as directed by the General Manager.
Job Description:
- Strategize and collaborate with the CLS team to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of the LSG Production System (LPS) in line with corporate and regional policies across all departments.
- Partner with the leadership team to drive the Value Stream Transformation within the business unit by implementing LSG Production System (LPS) standards, tools, and processes.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to set business improvement targets for SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) through Policy Deployment.
- Deliver training on A3 Thinking, facilitate VSM Workshops to Identify Waste, conduct Kaizen Events to Eliminate Waste, and implement Daily Lean Management (OQMS) cadence to build and metrics-driven organization and sustain KPI improvements (SQCDP).
- Analyze data to identify cost reduction potential; Accountable for settling and delivering budget results related to productivity/process improvements.
- Teach, promote, and practice Lean Tools and Lean Behaviors to build a Lean Culture.
- Facilitate communication to transfer knowledge and best practices to accelerate Lean Transformation using LPS Standards.
- Continually challenge conventional Thinking, drive accountability for results, and sustain the application of LPS standards.
- Proactively monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and flag potential challenges or risks to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of project management experience; prior experience in the F&B or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Process oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Capable of working independently and managing tasks under tight deadlines.
