About the Role

The Program Coordinator, Training supports the development, deployment, and growth of AI literacy programming in the K -12 education system, post-secondary institutions, and industry. These programs help mitigate resistance and reduce fear around AI systems' responsible development and deployment.

Reporting to the Manager, AI Literacy, the Program Coordinator is a key member of the Training team, actively participating in the execution of Amii’s business functions. This position focuses on driving program development and growth while contributing to the team's overall success in delivering effective AI literacy initiatives.


This is a full time temporary position with an end date of March 31, 2026.

Required Skills / Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports end-to-end of AI literacy program and product delivery including administrative tasks
  • Ensures an exceptional client experience through timely and clear communication
  • Supports program development and growth initiatives as identified by the Manager, AI Literacy
  • Assists in the development of program schedules and product roadmaps
  • Coordinates internal tools and resources for Training team products and projects
  • Captures and monitors, and evaluates program performance through metrics and feedback, identifying areas for improvement
  • Assists in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program and product execution
  • Adapts and manages shifting priorities effectively based on evolving program requirements, team dynamics, and client needs
  • Collects feedback from stakeholders and participants to support the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and products
  • Tracks and reports on client satisfaction metrics to support the identification of areas for improvement
  • Facilitates interactions and cooperation between different teams to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange
  • Helps manage team communication channels, such as emails, messaging platforms, and collaborative tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or related field (nice to have)
  • 2+ years experience in program coordination or project management (nice to have)
  • Experience working within a technology-focused organization (nice to have)
  • Experience working with MOOC, CRM, LMS platforms
