Looking for reliable hard-working, local people to clean residential homes.
Full-time(5days/week)
Part-time (weekdays + weekends)
Must be a great team worker, observant, in good physical condition to clean (manual work, on feet most of the day), and not afraid to get a little dirty. MUST have exceptional attention to detail.
We provide training as well as checklists and expect consistent work that meets our standards, every time.
Our hours are Monday to Friday between 9 am to 4 pm. (hours may vary from day to day), with the occasional opportunity to make extra hours on weekends (based on availability) Can not guarantee full-time hours until after probation period and training is complete. (3 months)
Wages are negotiable based on prior experience and work ethics:
- most cleaners average $17-$20/hr after probation period
- bonuses & raises based on performance and reviews
- Room for growth
Requirements:
- Must be able to provide criminal background check and must be bondable
- Provide personal and professional references
- MUST have own vehicle
- Hold a VALID Driver's license
- Prior cleaning experience is not required but is an asset.
- Must be available Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm (or at least 2-3 days/week for part-time applicants)
- Part-time applicants must be available for occasional Sunday shift shard-working``
House Cleaner
Duties:
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
- Launder and fold laundry as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
