Production Operator II/III / Sr. Operator (OSD Manufacturing)

- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Must be open to overtime and shift flexibility

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Production Operators (Level II, III, Sr. Operator) with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing expertise. You will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining state-of-the-art production equipment including compression, granulation, encapsulation, and coating machines, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment including tablet presses, granulators, encapsulators, and coaters (e.g., Fette, MG2, Korsch, Glatt).
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and GMP regulations during production.
- Perform cleaning, setup, dismantling, and changeovers of equipment.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and accurate documentation.
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
- 2–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (compression, encapsulation, coating, granulation).
- Proficiency in equipment operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and batch documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Basic English communication (read and speak instructions clearly).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Wurster coating, bead tower, and fluid bed dryers.
- Forklift certification (preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
