What You Will Do
- Lead the Team: Manage processors and supervisors, build a strong team culture, and run daily operations with confidence.
- Drive Operations: Oversee product flow from receiving to shipping. Hit targets for accuracy, speed, and productivity.
- Champion Safety: Promote a safety-first culture with training, audits, and compliance oversight.
- Improve Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, support WMS usage, and streamline workflows.
- Ensure Quality: Deliver accurate, timely shipments that meet store needs and exceed expectations.
- Report & Communicate: Track key metrics and share performance insights with leadership.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in warehouse/distribution leadership
- Strong communicator, motivator, and multitasker
- Logistics, safety, and KPI know-how
- Intermediate computer skills (WMS experience is a bonus)
- Forklift & First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
- Post-secondary education in logistics/supply chain is an asset
