We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Event/Preparation Cook to join our culinary team. Our kitchen team plays a crucial role in ensuring every event is a success by crafting delicious, beautifully presented meals. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients- Cook and plate dishes according to event menus and quality standards- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly- Work efficiently to ensure timely meal service for weddings and special events- Collaborate with chefs, servers, and event staff for seamless execution
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in catering, banquet cooking, or restaurant kitchens✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment✅ Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques✅ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills✅ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods✅ Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events
