As a Precast Concrete Crew Member (Night Shift), you'll work in our manufacturing facility in Blackfalds on the pouring and finishing crews, helping produce high-quality precast concrete products. Job Description
- Assist with the production of various precast projects
- Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production
- Be prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training
- Follow directions and work independently or with a crew
- Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
- Available to work Night Shift Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed
- Physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 50lbs
- Comfortable working at heights with proper safety restraints
- Able to work independently or with a crew
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
