RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor pool and waterslides to ensure guest safety.
- Conduct water testing and preparing samples as necessary.
- Basic pool maintenance and cleaning duties; party room, change rooms,fitness area, etc.
- Providing friendly service to all guest of the Oasis River Country.
- Providing service for Splash snack bar area (must be 18 to serve alcohol).
- Monitor Fitness Centre area to ensure equipment is in working order and towels, water and other amenities are available for guests.
- Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and answering questions and concerns politely.
- Assisting guests with towels and life jacket.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of pool operations.
- Friendly and professional with a strong customer service mindset.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to work without supervision.
- Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to meet physical demands analysis.
- Must be 18 years old to provide alcohol service.
- ProServe Certification will be considered an asset.
- Current CPR / First Aid will be considered an asset.
- Pool operations, NLS, Bronze medallion, etc. and previous pool experience will be considered an asset.
