Responsibilities:
- Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are supported within a desired time frame.
- Carry out sales and inventory management
- Recruitment, training and development of employees, which includes product knowledge
- Direct and encourage employees to ensure a high level of concentration.
- Assist customers and resolve customer service issues as necessary.
- Promote the store on social media in order to develop the activity.
- Experience in the retail field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment
- Flexible in availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to remain on your feet for an 8 hour shift
