Are you passionate about creating authentic, delicious Neapolitan pizza? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Neapolitan Pizza Cook to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Neapolitan pizzas following established recipes and techniques.
- Operate and maintain a wood-fired or specialty pizza oven.
- Ensure high-quality ingredients and consistency in every pizza.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work at the kitchen and prepare sauces, meat, dough and other pizza ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a pizza cook, preferably specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza.
- Familiarity with using wood-fired ovens and handling dough.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Neapolitan ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
