This is a hands-on role focused primarily on baking pizzas and deep-frying items like wings, fries, and wedges. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is eager to grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake pizzas to order with consistency and attention to quality
- Deep fry wings, fries, wedges, and other sides according to kitchen standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
What We’re Looking For:
- Some kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently during busy hours
- Evening availability is essential (this role mainly takes place during dinner service)
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
