Holland Marsh Wineries is looking for a pizza maker. We are an award winning boutique winery dedicated to producing the highest quality of wine and now - Pizza! Responsibilities include opening and closing the pizza truck located right on site. Join our growing team and organization by providing the best tasting wood-fired pizza's in the area.
Job Outline:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Hand-stretching dough and cooking in a wood-fired oven
- Managing inventory of pizza truck supplies and ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Providing excellent customer service and hospitality to winery guests
- Working effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
- Some prior baking/pizza making experience
- Food Handlers Certificate, WHMIS
- Reliable form of transportation
- *Must be available on the weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and available to work from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm*
This position is available immediately once the right candidate is chosen.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
