Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items including pizzas, burgers, poutines, and sandwiches.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines consistently.
Operate pizza ovens, grills, fryers, and sandwich prep stations safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are always met.
Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure fast service.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or similar cooking role preferred.
Knowledge of pizza making, grilling burgers, frying for poutine, and assembling sandwiches.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong work ethic and team spirit.
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
