Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play an integral part in our pharmacy’s success by handling a variety of tasks, including:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, including answering phones and accepting prescriptions.
- Ensuring accurate and complete prescription information from patients.
- Assisting the Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist with filling prescriptions.
- Preparing and managing blister packs.
- Completing cash transactions and preparing orders for pick-up and delivery.
- Receiving, organizing, and stocking product orders.
- Managing inventory, including performing cycle counts and restocking consumables.
- Maintaining patient profiles and ensuring accurate record-keeping and scanning.
- Assisting with front-shop merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
- Performing other pharmacy-related duties as required.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and a patient-first approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: High school diploma or greater.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pharmacy setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with KROLL pharmacy software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and support.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in completing tasks and managing inventory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
