Overview

My name is Steph. I have owned my own business for 13 years now and I'm looking to bring someone on board to help out while I take my maternity leave starting around mid-November for at least 4-6 months! You'll be working out of our cozy studio-style gym, where I team up with two other trainers.

I'm looking to start bringing someone into my schedule by July! I can’t wait to kick off the shadowing process as soon as possible so you can meet all of my wonderful clients and they can get to know you too!

This is a great opportunity if you already have your own sole proprietorship or if you're thinking about starting your journey as a personal trainer for the first time. I’m searching for someone who is super personable and enjoys working with a wide variety of clients. I focus on functional strength training, so it’s important to have a good eye for form and the flexibility to adapt workouts on the spot.

**What You'll Do:**

- Conduct fun one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

- Share your knowledge by educating clients on proper exercise techniques.

- Create personalized workout plans that align with clients’ goals, preferences, and abilities. - Keep track of client progress and make adjustments to training programs to ensure they get the best results.

- Build great relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns or questions.

- Manage your time well by scheduling sessions efficiently and always being punctual.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Certification from a respected personal training organization (like ACE, NASM, NSCA, or Canfit-Pro).

- Experience in personal training or related fitness roles is a plus.

- Great communication skills and the ability to effectively teach clients.

- A focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple clients and schedules smoothly.

- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
