Pastry Chef - Lead of Pastry Department, Pazzo Co.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to showcase their skills, take ownership of the pastry program, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Early morning shift preparing pastries and dessert mise en place (laminates, brioche, tiramisu, custards, choux. cakes etc. ) for both Cafe Bouffon and Pazzo Pizzeria. You will be trained directly by the chef but must progress quickly towards working independently as the lead of the pastry department.
Shifts start from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm 5 days per week. Regular pay rate and increases will be discussed.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
