We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation activities.
- Create and develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
