About Us
Founded in 1980, Cardinal designs, manufactures, and distributes equipment for sawmills, tree care, forestry, recycling, and biomass industries.
The Port Perry branch specializes in:
- Equipment distribution (tree care, forestry, recycling)
- Parts, repairs, and maintenance services
Your Role
You’ll play a central role in our operational strategy. Your mission: optimize, empower, and grow.
- Lead parts and service operations to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Coach and support a high-performing team committed to excellence
- Ensure inventory control and efficient, scalable processes
- Be a driver of continuous improvement — challenge the status quo
- Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership to fuel branch performance
- Contribute to building a high-performance culture during a time of change
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in a parts/service environment or related field
- Proven leadership and the ability to inspire through action
- Comfortable leading in a context of change and transformation
- Strong decision-making and priority-management skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to mobilize and align teams around shared goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience
