Sage Parts supplies replacement parts and accessories for all types and brands of GSE. Sage provides supply chain management, on site supply services, single source supply, logistics solutions, engineering solutions and other cost reduction programs.
We are looking for Parts Professionals to service a leading airline maintenance team and to support the activity in our parts storeroom operations at the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport. This includes activities such as parts lookup, order fulfillment and inventory management.

- Complete all duties assigned by supervisor and/or manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.
- Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Able to self-motivate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment
- Conduct general housing keeping duties within facility and assist with warehouse maintenance as required
- Utilize company guidelines for customer service for all customer and vendor contacts
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Correctly create Sales Orders and generate Invoices for all parts dispensed and sold.
- Perform cycle counts as requested.
- Complete all duties assigned by supervisor and/or manager
REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or front counter sales experience.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (i.e. pallet jack & forklift)
- Basic computer skills including the ability to learn basic software applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Mechanical and Technical aptitude and/or experience
- Knowledge and/or experience with industrial and automotive parts marketplace
- Direct experience in the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) marketplace would be considered an advantage
- Current security clearance is an advantage
